I am an Energy healing practitioner devoted to helping others return to a state of balance, clarity, and inner peace. My work centers on the belief that the body holds wisdom-and when we create space for it to be heard, profound healing can unfold. Through my intuitive energy work, grounding practices, and nervous system support, I guide clients in releasing stored emotional tension, clearing stagnant energy, and reconnecting with their natural state of wholeness. Each session is a gentle yet powerful experience designed to help you feel lighter, more centered, and deeply supported. Alongside my energy healing practice, I bring a background in mental health coaching, specializing in anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders. This allows me to hold space not only energetically, but with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. My intention is to create a safe, calming space where you can soften, realign, and come home to yourself.

Im trained as a master in Reiki, Metatronia Therapy and have also studied in shamanic practices. These foundations allow me to work intuitevly, meaning no two sessions are the same. I tune into your energy and let your body lead the process. Together we gently move through whats ready to be released-whether that's emotional weight, stored stress or energetic patterns that no longer serve you. This work helps shift patterns held in the body and energy field allowing for greater ease, clarity, and resilience. It's especially supportive for those navigating stress, overwhelmed or emotional blocks, offering a grounded yet deeply restorative experience.

Energy Healing For Animals
Energy Healing provides animals relief from pain and any kind of physical or emotional discomfort. It can also provide support to those that are terminally ill, and make there passing a little bit easier. Energy Healing is also great to center the energy field that animals have just like humans, it is important to make sure there energy body is routinely being cleared and aligned.
